1. Definitions

AI Entities: the web platform, its services and associated functionalities.
Entity: digital file created by users containing identity, voice/style, symbols, motifs and narrative context.
User: natural or legal person who registers, accesses or uses the platform.
Content: texts, images, multimedia or any material uploaded, created or displayed on the platform.

Binding nature: by using AI Entities, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
Modifications: we reserve the right to update these Terms; we will notify you via the site or email.
Prior review: if you don't agree with the Terms, don't use the service.

Age: you must be 18 years or older, or have authorization from a parent/guardian if you are a minor.
Truthful information: data provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
Account security: you are responsible for keeping your password secure; do not share credentials.
Activity: actions with your account are presumed to be performed by you unless you immediately report unauthorized access.

Permitted

Responsible creation: entities for artistic, narrative, educational or informational purposes.
Symbolic reference: integration of voice/style, symbols and motifs with coherence.
Sharing: use and dissemination within the site's ecosystem in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited

Violations: illegal, discriminatory, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
Impersonation: simulating real people without valid and verifiable consent.
Technical abuse: mass scraping, reverse engineering, circumvention of security measures or unauthorized automation.

Reminder: we may limit features or unpublish entities in case of violations.

Clear and explicit to avoid ambiguities.

Ownership: the file resulting from the entity creation form is property of AI Entities.
Internal use: we may store, version, adapt and publish said file within the platform.
Ideas vs. support: the user retains moral rights over the idea or concept; the generated technical support belongs to AI Entities.

Important: by saving the entity, you accept this assignment of ownership over the resulting file.

Upload ownership: photos and images uploaded through the form become property of AI Entities.
User guarantee: you declare that you have rights to upload the material or the corresponding authorization.
Adaptations: we may resize, compress, tag or derive optimized versions for the site.

License to user: we grant you a limited, revocable and non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Assignments to the platform: you grant us permissions to reproduce, adapt and publicly communicate the resources necessary to operate and display entities.
Restrictions: sublicensing, renting or reselling access or content without written authorization is prohibited.

Controls: automatic and/or manual review to prevent abuse, fraud and violations.
Measures: warnings, unpublishing, suspension or account closure in case of violations.

Principles and reference frameworks that guide data processing.

Primary applicable law: Law 25.326 (Personal Data Protection, Argentina) and complementary regulations.

Improvements: new features may require accepting updated terms.
Communications: we will use site notices or email to inform relevant changes.

Limits: we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss derived from service use.
User assumption: you are responsible for the content you create and publish.
Indemnity: you agree to hold AI Entities harmless from claims for improper use or violations attributable to you.

Law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
Jurisdiction: in case of disputes, parties submit to the courts of La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires.
Amicable route: a prior negotiation instance is recommended before judicial actions.
